Cabin Open House
Sunday November 19th, 2017, 1-4pm
All parties who are interested in the island cabin have an opportunity this Sunday November 19th, from 1-4 to come out and take a look.
We will have a pontoon ready to haul people back and forth. Feb 5th
Lot rent will be set at $3,600. The normal bidding process will apply at the auction on Feb 5th
The cabin has a well, which would be usable the same seasonal time frame as the rest of the park. There is electric/power in the cabin and a wood burning stove. Kitchen and bathroom sinks, stool, and shower. A current tenant can rent the cabin and still retain their current lot. The rule of giving up your lot when you rent a new lot does not apply to this cabin.
***note the cabin isn't in the above pic. It is the cabin across from the bath house.
I also found this little ditty online from the guy that fixed it up. There are some good pics. Apparently he was keeping a blog on it.
