Welcome to the campground

You got yourself setup in with a lot a Linoma did ya? Here is a list of things you should know...

  • Read your lease. It contains rules and regs for the park too.
  • Never cut or plant trees without permission.
    • If you do have a question, Call Kate Novak:  402-521-1145 She can direct you to whomever needs to help you.
  • If you want your tanks pumped, you MUST add chemical treatment (no chlorine) to your tanks. You'll also need to put out a red flag on Monday nights as they will be pumped on Tuesday mornings. Additionally, you should only use toilet paper meant for an RV. You can get this and the treatment at Walmart.
  • If you get a boat or golf cart, make sure to get a sticker from your LTA representative. This allows the campground to keep track of trouble makers and additionally fund entertainment for the entire park.
    • Golf carts can only be ELECTRIC. No gas powered golf carts are allowed.
    • Anyone driving a golf cart must have a valid Learners permit or driver license.
    • Golf carts need to have lights if you want to drive them at night.
  • Quiet time begins at 10 pm Sun – Thu nights and 12 pm Fri/Sat nights.
  • The speed limit in the park is 10 mph! Obey it!
  • Boats - No one under the age of 15 is permitted to operate a motor powered boat. Any person age 15 or 16 must be supervised by an adult. The lake is a no wake lake so keep it under 5 mph. Anyone operating a boat on the lake must comply with all Nebraska Boat Safety Rules and Regulations and all Nebraska State Game and Parks Rules and Regulations.
  • No dangerous animals allowed. Pets need to be leashed or kenneled at all times.
  • Use common sense, respect your neighbors, have fun and go to the LTA Meetings.
