The annual Linoma Lighthouse Auction will be held on MONDAY FEBRUARY 1, 2021 at 6:30 P.M. at the ASHLAND GOLF CLUB, 16119 Hwy 6, Ashland.
AVAILABLE LOTS:   
2, 5, 14, 20, 31, 44, 83, 86, 133, 149, 150, 166 and I-2.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are the current tenant of any of these lots and were planning on returning this year.
We will be leaving the gate open the 2 weekends before the auction to allow visitors to look at the lots.

We would like to make the auction on Monday as safe as possible for everyone.  We would ask that if you are not bidding on a lot, please do not come to the auction.   If possible, only one person from a lot should be present.   
We will not be taking payments or answering any questions other than those regarding the auction.

REMEMBER:   Masks  and Social distancing are required.

The lots on the island, (or now peninsula), I - 1 to I - 8 and lot 83 are being inspected this week and we anticipate they will be ready for move in by next week.   We will auction the lots off as follows:

  • AUCTION DATE:   FRIDAY JULY 31, 7:00 P.M. AT THE CABIN ON THE ISLAND.
  • THESE LOTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT  TENANTS. 
  • MINIMUM BID ON LOTS IS $1,000.00. 

ALL FUNDS COLLECTED FROM THE AUCTION WILL BE USED FOR A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FOR THE PARK, (A NEW GATE AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PARK OR BATHROOM IMPROVEMENTS).

TENANTS HAVE TWO OPTIONS IF THEY ARE THE HIGH BIDDER FOR A LOT:
     1.  TENANT MAY MOVE INTO THE NEW LOT PRIOR TO NOON ON FRIDAY AUGUST 14. (NO EXCEPTIONS) TENANT WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CURRENT LOT PRICE AND NEW LOT PRICE OF $2,250.00, OR,  
     2.  REMAIN IN CURRENT LOT FOR THIS SEASON AND PAY $800.00 TO RETAIN THE NEW LOT UNTIL NEXT YEAR. TENANT WILL HAVE  ACCESS TO THE LOT FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON, BUT NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE A TRAILER ONTO THE LOT UNTIL THE NEXT CAMPING SEASON.

IF A CURRENT TENANT IS THE HIGHEST BIDDER ON A NEW LOT AND ELECTS TO MOVE IN THIS SUMMER, HIS OR HER LOT WILL BE AUCTIONED FIRST TO CURRENT TENANTS AND THEN TO THE PUBLIC.  NEW TENANTS WILL PAY AUCTION PRICE, $800.00 RENT FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON, $50.00 FOR FOBS AND $10.00 FOR ASSOCIATION FEES.
