2019 Flood, Restoration, & Volunteer Updates

Please be advised that we will be starting to clean and level all lots at the back of the park, including lots 57 through 158,  beginning the Week of May  20.  If you have a deck, dock or other items in the back, they will need to be dismantled and removed if you would like to save them.  We will have large equipment at the site and will be unable to work around your items. If not removed, they will be destroyed.

To date we have the following lots who want upgrades to their electrical:

9, 16, 17, 24a, 24, 32, 33, 38, 39, 45, 53 and possibly 56.

If you are not on this list and want to have upgraded service, please contact Greg Hall or email our office at reception@luttonlaw.com

Any campers that want to upgrade their electric in lots 1 – 56 will be $250.00 plus $2.50 per foot between their pedestal and the meter as long as the electrician can use existing conduit.  If he can’t pull the wire through existing conduit, they will need to get a bid directly from him and the work would probably be done this fall.

4-22-19
Electrical installation for lots 1 – 56 will begin this week.  Greg Hall will be at Linoma putting on new meters and boxes.  If any Tenant has an interest in upgrading from 30 amp to 50 amp, they should be in contact with him. To contact Greg, please visit or contact him at Linoma.  Greg will bill the Tenant for the upgrade based upon how far he has to run the new wires and on whether he can pull the new wires through old conduit or has to dig a new conduit in.   Only Greg will be able to give the Tenant a better idea of the cost of the upgrade.
