2018 Linoma Lot Auction


Available Linoma RV lots will be held at 6:30 P.M., Monday, February 5, 2018, at the Ashland Golf Club on Hwy 6. We have included a map above.


--UPDATE-- Lot 30 will also be available at the auction.

Only current lease holders will be permitted to bid on available lots. The opening bid per lot will be $200.00. In addition to any amount spent at the auction for a lot, the winner of a bid is still responsible for the 2018 seasonal lot rent.


If any current lake or river lot holder wins a new lot bid, their current lots will be auctioned off as well to current lot holders.  If no current lot holders are bidding, non tenants may bid.

                                            

As with the auctions in previous years, all funds raised will be donated to the Linoma Lighthouse Foundation to continue the restoration of the lighthouse. The amounts bid are tax deductible charitable contributions.
