chips at this meeting starting at 5:30pm.
MOVE OUT DATE - OCTOBER 12, 2016. FULL ENFORCEMENT OF REMOVAL OF ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY INCLUDING GRILLS, BOATS, TABLES, CHAIRS, AND FIREWOOD. NO FENCES MAY BE LEFT UPRIGHT. FENCES MUST BE DISMANTLED AND TIED DOWN. ON NOVEMBER 30, 2016, ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT ON LINOMA PROPERTY BY RETURNING TENANT WILL BE REMOVED AND THE SUBJECT TENANT BILLED FOR REMOVAL COST. ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT ON LINOMA PROPERTY BY NON RETURNING TENANT BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF LINOMA ON NOVEMBER 30, 2016. THIS INCLUDES DECKS, LANDSCAPING AND ROCK. COSTS OF REMOVAL WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY REMAINING PERSONAL PROPERTY. A $100 PER DAY RENTAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY TRAILER REMAINING ON LINOMA PROPERTY AFTER OCTOBER 12, 2016. A $250 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED IF WE HAVE TO MOVE YOUR TRAILER OFF OF THE PROPERTY AFTER OCTOBER 15, 2016.

FEBRUARY 6, 2017 WILL BE THE AUCTION OF LAKE AND RIVER LOTS. POTENTIAL NEW TENANTS MAY ATTEND TO REQUEST LOTS OPEN BECAUSE OF TENANTS MOVING TO LAKE AND RIVER LOTS. NON TENANTS MAY NOT BID UNTIL ALL CURRENT TENANT BIDDING IS COMPLETE. ALL AUCTION PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO THE LIGHTHOUSE FOUNDATION AND ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.

TENTATIVE 2017 MOVE IN APRIL 14, 2017 (GOOD FRIDAY/EASTER WEEKEND) MOVE OUTOCTOBER 11, 2017. DISCUSSION ***Move in date could be Thursday April 13th and not (Good) Friday the 14th. This would mean we move out one day earlier on Tuesday October 10th. Most of us are moved out the weekend before.
PROBLEMS WITH PUMPING AND FLAG PLACEMENT. NEW PROCESS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED FOR THE 2017 CAMPING SEASON.
NEW REQUIREMENT. ANY AND ALL TENANT PROPERTY AT LINOMA MUST DISPLAY A LOT NUMBER. THIS INCLUDES CAMPING TRAILERS, ATV’S, GOLF CARTS, BOATS, KAYAKS, BOAT TRAILERS.

IN LIEU OF SOME ISSUES THIS YEAR, BE REMINDED THAT EVERY TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEMSELVES, THEIR CHILDREN, THEIR GUESTS AND THEIR PETS.
REMINDER: ANY PERSON OPERATING A GOLF CART OR OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLE MUST HAVE A LEARNERS PERMIT OR BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. ONCE SECURITY CAMERAS ARE IN, ENFORCEMENT OF THIS RULE WILL BE ENHANCED. ALL TENANTS AND GUESTS MUST OBEY THE SPEED LIMIT AT LINOMA OF 10MPH.
